Consistent, Controlled Bulk Bin Tipping
The KW Automatic Bulk Bin Tipper is designed to simplify the bulk bin unloading process by automatically controlling the tipping and return cycle.
Once the bulk bin is correctly positioned inside the tipper, the operator initiates the cycle from either the main control panel or remote control. The machine then tips the bin at a controlled rate, discharges the produce and automatically returns the empty bin to ground level once the cycle is complete.
Built around a stainless steel frame, the Automatic Bulk Bin Tipper provides a robust and durable solution for commercial produce processing environments.
Flow Control Door Options
Depending on the produce and application, KW Automatic Bulk Bin Tippers can be configured with a No Door, Manual Set Door or Hydraulic Control Door.
This allows the tipping system to be tailored around how quickly the produce should be released and how much control is required before it enters the downstream processing equipment.
