Operator-Controlled Tipping with Complete Control Over Product Flow
The KW Manual Bulk Bin Tipper provides operators with direct control over the tipping process, making it a simple and versatile solution for unloading bulk produce into a processing line.
Once the bulk bin is positioned inside the tipper, the operator controls the tip, flow of produce and return of the empty bin to ground level using either the main control panel or remote control.
The Bin Tipper frame is manufactured from stainless steel, providing a durable construction well suited to demanding produce processing and packhouse environments.
Flow Control Door Options
Depending on the produce and application, KW Bulk Bin Tippers can be configured with a No Door, Manual Set Door or Hydraulic Control Door.
This allows the tipping system to be tailored around how quickly the produce should be released and how much control is required before it enters the downstream processing equipment.
